Mr PH Ravikumar has over four decades experience in financial services sector across banking, non-bank finance segment, microfinance, exchanges, stressed assets and mutual funds. He started his career with Bank of India. He moved in 1994 as a core member of the team to set up and grow ICICI Bank.

Hemant Kaul, Executive Director, Axis Bank, was done most successful rebranding exercises in the financial sector from UTI Bank as Axis Bank. Mr Kaul was the longest-serving retail head of any bank in the country. He was key member and a change leader in the bank driving its retail expansion strategy.

Aditya joined Incofin in 2009 and co-heads Incofin’s Asia investment portfolio. He is involved with both debt and equity investments and specialises in deal sourcing and investment value-creation. Aditya has over fifteen years of experience spread across investment management, investment banking and corporate finance. His professional repertoire includes working with Aavishkaar Venture Capital, Goldman Sachs & Standard Chartered Bank. Aditya is a chartered accountant.

Jitendra Tanwar is the Managing Director & CEO of the Company. He is a postgraduate by qualification. He is a first-generation entrepreneur. He has experience of more than 17+ years in Finance sector business. He is the majorly driving force behind the success of NFPL. His role includes strategy making, corporate planning and risk management. His expertise lies in loan origination, risk management and collection. He is a successful leader who channelizes his team in the best possible manner

Latika Tanwar is the Whole-time Director and Co-promoter of the company. Her qualification is MBA in finance with master’s degree in Commerce. She has 7 years of experience in this sector. She helps in promoting ethics in working environment by creating a work culture which provide a stabilized growth environment.
